This detailed analysis establishes a premium design framework, ensuring all subsequent layouts and design developments align with the project’s luxury vision and agreed scope.

2. Conceptual Concept & Space Planning
Our designers craft well-structured, functional layouts supported by curated mood boards, material inspirations, and initial design concepts tailored to match your vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. This stage provides a clear creative direction before detailed design development begins.

Payment Phase–01: 5% on Proposal Approval
Due upon acceptance of the proposal and initial concept. This amount confirms the order and authorises Home2Decor to begin preparatory documentation and planning activities.
3. 3D Visualization Development & Final Design Approval Process
Home2Decor shall prepare photorealistic 3D renderings reflecting the proposed design and material selections. Revisions will be carried out as per the agreed scope. Once the client approves the final 3D visuals, these shall be deemed the confirmed design reference for material finalisation, costing, and subsequent execution activities.

4. Project Mobilisation & Documentation
Home2Decor initiates the project with a meticulously curated mobilisation process, assembling premium resources, expert teams, and refined documentation. Every detail—from drawings to material schedules is aligned with precision, ensuring a seamless transition into an elegant, well-orchestrated execution phase.
Payment Phase–02: 30% on Final Estimation Approval
Due upon confirmation of the final project estimation. This amount supports material procurement, order scheduling, documentation, and preparatory activities required for seamless project execution.
5. End-to-End On-Site Work Execution / Craftsmanship Supervision
Home2Decor oversees the complete on-site execution process with precise coordination and expert supervision. Every installation and finish is monitored to ensure premium-quality workmanship and faithful delivery of the approved design. This stage guarantees a seamless build-out, refined detailing, and timely project completion.
3rd Stage Payment – 40% On Running work
Due as the project enters the active execution stage, where craftsmanship, installations, and premium material implementation begin. This milestone supports the continuous flow of high-quality site work, ensuring seamless progress and uncompromised luxury standards.
6. Final Inspection, Handover & Warranty Services
Home2Decor completes a final luxury walkthrough, perfecting every detail before handing over your finished space. Once all refinements are approved, we provide a smooth handover along with exclusive warranty and aftercare support.
