1. Consultation & Requirement Understanding
Every great home begins with a conversation. We listen to your needs, understand your lifestyle, discuss budgets, and assess your site. This step ensures clarity before design begins.
Deliverables: Site visit, requirement brief, rough budget.
2. Conceptual Concept & Space Planning
Our designers create functional layouts: mood boards, material ideas, and initial concepts to match your vision and lifestyle.
Deliverables: 2D Layouts, concept boards PPT, and Proposal Estimated costing.
Payment Phase-01: Confirm the order and pay- 5% on your Proposal Estimation.
3. Realistic 3D design & Final Approvals
You’ll see your home come alive with photo-real 3D visuals. We refine every corner based on your feedback until it feels just right.
Deliverables: 3D renders, final material list, Budget Discussion.
4. Project Mobilisation & Documentation
Sourcing, scheduling and team allocation — we prepare for execution.”
Deliverable: Work schedule, material approvals.
Payment Phase-02: Confirm the order and pay- 30% on your final Estimation.
5. On-Site Implementation / Site Execution
With your approval we finalize all selections. collaborating and ordering , row materials, hardware and required products, We work with our colleagues (Team) to ensure an efficient, quality and safe on site work – installation of all items as per final design and are happy to liaise with trades and suppliers on your behalf.
Rest of Pay 3rd stage- 40% on your Estimation.
6. Final Inspection, Handover & Warranty Services
When your home is ready, we conduct a full walkthrough, fix any final snags, and hand over your beautifully finished space. Your project also includes warranty and after-support.
Deliverables: Handover kit, maintenance guide, warranty documents.
Payment Phase-04: Rest of Pay 5% on Running of completion works
